TrimLens is an AI hairstyle visualization and face-shape exploration app. These supplemental terms apply to your use of the TrimLens app and website.
Apple’s governing EULA
TrimLens uses Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement as its governing EULA.
1. Acceptance of the terms
By using TrimLens, you agree to these supplemental terms, the Privacy Policy, and Apple’s governing EULA. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility and responsible use
You are responsible for using TrimLens lawfully and responsibly. Do not use the service for unlawful, abusive, infringing, deceptive, exploitative, or harmful activity.
3. TrimLens Pro subscriptions
TrimLens Pro may offer weekly, monthly, and annual auto-renewable plans at the prices displayed in the app. Payment is charged through your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through Apple before renewal. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. Refund requests are governed and processed by Apple. Free trials or promotional offers, when offered, convert as explained on the purchase screen.
4. AI-generated previews
AI-generated previews are illustrative and may be inaccurate. TrimLens does not guarantee that a real haircut will match a generated image. TrimLens is not professional hairstyling, medical, or cosmetic advice.
5. Photos and submitted content
You retain your rights to photos you submit and grant TrimLens the limited permission needed to process them and provide requested features. You must have the right or permission to upload images of other people. TrimLens does not use submitted photos to train AI models.
6. Intellectual property
TrimLens and its website, software, branding, interfaces, and original materials are owned by or licensed to [LEGAL OPERATOR NAME] and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.
7. Availability, changes, suspension, and termination

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
TrimLens is provided on an as-available basis.
